My 5 Star Review — I had not set foot in this place in probably 30 years since I bought my last set of stereo equipment there (yes, it still sounds great), but I decided to explore getting a DAC Streamer. The place was always good and has apparently only gotten better over the years. Marc showed me a fully connected, operational Bluesound Node Icon and let me me play with it till my heart's content. He answered every question I had without making me feel in any way rushed or pressured. I was intending only to do some "window shopping" that day, but the experience was so good, I ended up buying the unit on the spot and am right now listening to Ben Webster’s velvety saxophone as I write. I love the thing. It was easy to hook up, although I still have more to learn to fully utilize all of its many capabilities. Highly recommend Audiolab and the Bluesound streamer.
