At Audiolab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio equipment. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to your Audiolab account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and fillers to ensure safe transit and full credit eligibility.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our specialized electronics inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
